Welcome to Call My Listing. By accessing our platform, utilizing our telephony AI voice agent configurations, or deploying our tracking phone numbers, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

Call My Listing provides listing-specific conversational AI voice agents designed to answer inbound calls, share property details provided during intake, capture lead metadata, and coordinate calendar notifications or appointment requests.

2. User Obligations & Intake Content

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all structural property records, listing specifications, neighbourhood features, and showing parameters provided to our configuration engine are truthful, accurate, and comply with your local real estate brokerage board guidelines and advertising legislation. Call My Listing is not legally liable for erroneous or outdated parameters fed into the AI database by the subscriber.

3. Subscription Billing and Cancellations

Our basic and advanced pricing packages are billed upfront on a rolling operational framework that includes 60 days of initialization protection and configuration run-time. Subscriptions roll into standard, non-contract monthly maintenance plans thereafter.

Cancel Anytime: You can completely terminate your service tracking sequence when your listing sells. No long-term commitments are required. Upon cancellation processing, active routing channels will automatically spin down.

4. Telephony Regulations and Disclaimers

Subscribers must adhere to regional call compliance laws and telecommunication recording frameworks. By routing your property numbers into our infrastructure, you acknowledge that automated voice tracking mechanisms and record extraction setups run standard automated greetings or disclosures to stay cleanly in bounds with local operational guidelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

Call My Listing works diligently to offer a highly natural, continuous 24/7 call interface. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted server uptimes, flawless artificial inference accuracy under every unique phonetic fringe case, or downstream transaction conversion rates. In no event shall Call My Listing be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from missed inbound communication frames.
